Make more of your spare space
A good listing helps someone decide whether your space suits their belongings.
Have permission to offer the space
Check your ownership or permission to offer the space, together with any lease, mortgage and insurance conditions. Only offer safe, dry storage.
Show the real space
Photograph the entrance, floor, walls and usable storage area. Explain any stairs, shared access, damp history or restrictions. Keep exact addresses and access codes out of public photographs.
Set clear expectations
Set your monthly asking price and minimum stay. Describe access, security and suitable belongings. A request and host interest do not create a confirmed storage contract or take payment.
