The service

StoreWelly introduces people looking for storage to hosts with spare space. The current service supports listings, requests and conversations. We do not own or inspect every listed space, take online payments, include insurance or create a storage agreement simply by processing a request.

Hosts and listings

Hosts must have authority to offer the space, comply with applicable requirements and provide accurate details, photos, prices, access arrangements and restrictions. Keep availability current and do not put personal documents or private contact information in public images or descriptions.

Requests and arrangements

A request or a host accepting interest is not a paid booking or a confirmed storage agreement. Before moving belongings, both parties must agree suitability, full charges, access, dates, insurance, prohibited items, notice and collection arrangements. Do not rely on an estimate as a confirmed quote.

Prohibited belongings

Do not store illegal, stolen, hazardous, flammable or explosive goods, weapons, perishable goods, living things or anything that could endanger people or property. The host may set further reasonable restrictions. Do not use storage as accommodation or for an undisclosed business activity.

Content and conduct

Only post information you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual or exploitative content, scams, spam or another person’s private information. Do not impersonate others or misuse account access.

Safety and moderation

Use the report controls to report listings, reviews, messages or accounts. You can block an account through supported account controls. Blocking does not automatically end an existing arrangement. We may review, restrict or remove content and accounts where necessary to protect the service and its users. Contact us if you want an action reviewed.

Insurance and responsibility

Insurance is not included. Each party must check appropriate cover and take reasonable care before sharing or using a space. A listing review is not a guarantee of condition, security, ownership or suitability. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and ending use

You can stop using StoreWelly, withdraw unconfirmed requests or request account deletion. Separate arrangements with a host must be resolved under their agreed terms. Material new payment terms will be explained before paid services become available.
