StoreWelly
Questions, answered.
A little clarity before you make room.
What can I list?
A garage, spare room, loft, outbuilding or suitable storage unit that you control and are entitled to let. Describe it accurately and use real photos. New listings are reviewed before they appear publicly.
What can I store?
Ask the host about every type of item before making arrangements. Do not store illegal, dangerous, flammable, explosive, perishable or stolen goods, living things, weapons or anything that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
How do requests work?
Pick a space, choose a starting date and explain what you need. The host can respond and you can discuss the details privately. A request or host acceptance is not a paid booking or a confirmed storage agreement.
How do I pay?
StoreWelly does not take online payments at this launch stage. Do not send card information in messages. We will explain the full payment and cancellation terms before paid bookings become available.
Are my belongings insured?
Insurance is not included. Check your own cover, speak to the host about their arrangements and confirm that your belongings and the proposed use are covered. A listing review is not an insurance or security guarantee.
What does listing cost?
Listing is free while we welcome our first hosts. Any future platform charges will be explained before you commit to them.
What if my plans change?
You can withdraw an unconfirmed request from your account. If you have made a separate arrangement with a host, discuss changes and the terms you agreed with them.
What permission does a host need?
Check ownership, tenancy, lease, mortgage, planning, fire safety and insurance requirements as applicable. Only offer a space you have permission to share. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of their listing.
