Storage requests

You can withdraw a request through your account. At this launch stage StoreWelly does not take payments or confirm a storage agreement, so withdrawing a request does not trigger a payment or refund.

Separate arrangements

If you and a host have agreed storage arrangements, discuss cancellation, notice, collection and any amounts due under those agreed terms. Do not assume that withdrawing a website request ends a separate agreement.

When a space is no longer available

Hosts should update availability promptly and tell anyone affected. Renters should confirm that the space is ready before moving belongings. Contact our team if you need help with the platform.

Future paid bookings

Payment, refund and cancellation terms will be shown before paid bookings are introduced. The platform will not automatically charge you simply because you created a request.
